摘要
观察化疗加用中药扶正逐邪汤综合治疗胃癌手术后的疗效。设中西药综合治疗组 1 4 9例和西药对照组 92例。综合治疗组在对照组化疗 1年及免疫疗法 2年基础上 ,加用扶正逐邪汤中药治疗 2年。结果 :中西药综合治疗组的生活质量 ,化疗后毒副反应及 5年生存率 (综合治疗组 5 0 34 % ,对照组 39 1 3% )明显优于对照组。提示中西药综合治疗胃癌手术后的疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
To observe the clinical effects of chemotherapy and Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative stomach cancer,149 cases(treatment group)were treated with chemotherapy and Chinese medicine,'Health Supporting and Pathogen Removing Decoction',and another 92 cases(control group)just with chemotherapy.Chemotherapy was given for 1 year and Chinese medicine for 2 years.Results showed that,in treatment group,the life quality was better,toxic and adverse reaction was less,and 5 year survival rate was higher in comparison with control group(50 34% in treatment group and 39 13% in control group).It is revealed that chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine has better effects than simple chemotherapy.
