摘要
通过系列性能试验论证 ,得到技术经济性能更优的混凝土配合比。坝体 4个部位推荐配合比的水泥用量 ,比“八五”成果降低了 10~ 15kg/m3 ,其和易性、抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗渗等级、极限拉伸值等均能满足设计要求。对RI区碾压混凝土的室内抗剪试验结果表明 ,采用 75kg/m3 的水泥用量 ,比“八五”配合比减少 15kg/m3 ,其抗剪指标 f和c也均满足设计要求。绝热温升值最大下降达 2 37℃ ,抗渗等级达到W 18以上 ,有利于坝体混凝土的抗渗和温控。
Concrete mix proportion with better technical and economical performance is concluded on the basis of a series of performance experiments and tests.The cement consumption for the 4 segments of the dam body will decrease by 10~15 kg/m 3 comparing with that in the Eighth Five Year period,according to the recommended mix proportion,while its various data such as workability,compression strength,tensile strength,mark of seepage strength and extreme stretch all meet the design requirements.The indoor shearing strength test of rolled concrete for RI segment proves that the cement consumption will decrease by 15 kg/m 3 when using 75 kg/m 3 cement,comparing with the mix proportion adopted in the Eighth Five Year period,while its shearing indices f and c meet the design requirements.Furthermore,the insulation temperature rise will decrease by 2.37 ℃ and the grade of seepage strength reach above W18,contributing to the seepage strength and temperature control of the concrete.
