摘要
以八溴醚作主阻燃剂、三氧化二锑作协同剂、宁热101、102、103作热稳定剂,采用高速混合和双螺杆挤出造粒工艺制备阻燃PP塑料。通过试验确定了几种阻燃PP塑料的配方。其中以PP100份、八溴醚7份、Sb_2O_33份、宁热1016份,宁热1025份、宁热1033份组成的配方物,其阻燃性能达到V—0级,拉伸强度32.1MPa,弯曲强度47.2MPa、缺口冲击强度7.1 kJ/m^2。由于采用了上述三种热稳定剂组成的热稳定剂体系,克服了传统阻燃PP塑料加工时阻燃剂易于分解的缺点,并避免了模具、设备的腐蚀、产品发黄等现象。
A flame-retardant PP was produced by high-speed mixing and extrusion pelletizing on a twin-screw extruder, with octabromo-ether as main flame retardant, Sb_2O_3 as synergist and Ning Re 101, 102 and 103 as heat stabilizers. Formulas for flame-retardant PP were determined by experiments. A flame-retardant, in which PP was 100 parts, octabromo-ether 7 parts, Sb_2O_3 3 parts, Ning Re 101 6 parts, 102 5 parts and 103 3 parts,had a V-0 rating, tensile strength 32.1 MPa, flexural strength 47.2 MPa, notched impact strength 7.1 kJ/m^2. The decomposition of flame retardant in the processing of normal flame-retardent PP, the corrosion on the mould and machinery and the yellow discoloration of the product were all overcome by using heat stabilizer system.
