文章从图书馆创新需要出发 ,论述了图书馆人力资本投资的特点和重要作用 。
From the requirements of library origination, this article aims at the discussion about the characteristics and importance of investment in human capital of libraries, and further probes into the orientation and ways of investment in human capital of libraries.
