尿视黄醇结合蛋白测定在小儿肾脏疾病中的意义 被引量:5

摘要 采用 EL ISA方法对 2 5 5例不同肾脏疾病患儿的尿视黄醇结合蛋白 (RBP)进行了检测 ,结果表明 :各种肾脏疾病尿 RBP水平高低不同 ,狼疮性肾炎和急性肾功能衰竭最高 ,其次为肾病综合征、乙肝肾及急性肾小球肾炎。对17例肾病综合征患儿进行尿 RBP动态观察 ,结果发现尿 RBP在活动期最高 ,随着尿蛋白下降和阴转而逐渐减低至正常。对 5 5例不同病理类型肾脏疾病患儿进行尿 RBP检测 ,结果发现局灶节段性肾小球硬化最高 ,增殖性肾炎其次 ,而膜性肾病和微小病变升幅最低。结果提示尿 RBP能准确敏感地反映肾脏病变 。 Urine retinol-binding protein (RBP) was measured by ELISA in children with various renal disenses. The results showed that the levels of urine RBP were different in various renal diseases with the highest levels in lupus nephritis and acute renal failure,and the next in primary nephrotic syndrome, HBV-associnated nephritis and acute glomerulonephritis. The dynamic study of urine RBP in 17 chidren with nephrotic syndrome showed that the urine RBP level was highest in active stage, and then gradually decreased to normal level with the decrement of proteinuria. Urine RBP was also detected in 55 renal biopsied children with renal diseases, and the results showed that focal segmental glomerulosclerosis were the highest in urine RBP level, then the proliferative glomerulonephritis and the lowest increment of urine RBP in membranous nephropathy and minimal change nephropathy. These results suggested that urine RBP could sensitively and reliably reflect the renal changes in glomerulonephrotides and thus could be considered as a good marker in clinical application.
