摘要
交通量分配是将已经预测出的OD交通量按照一定的规则符合实际地分配到道路网中的各条道路上 ,并求出各条道路的交通量 .如何将OD交通量正确合理地分配到O与D之间的各条道路上关键是流量分配模型的建立过程和求解方法 .在兰州市现有OD交通量并综合考虑出行影响因素的基础上 ,建立了平衡分配模型 ,讨论了模型的解法 。
To improve the situation of city's road transportation the traffic sould be assigned to each road accordingly,and the key to solve the problem is to set up a traffic assignment model and get the best answer from it. On the basis of real traffic in urban districts of Lanzhou the equilibrium traffic assignment model has been put forward,its solution is discussed taking the factors into account effecting people to go out for a driving,and the optimized traffic assignment scheme has also studied theoreticlly in this paper.
