摘要
给出SiC半导体分立器件与集成电路的研究现状 ,分析了制约SiC半导体器件发展的主要问题 ,同时给出了SiC分立器件与集成电路的应用现状 ,并对其应用前景进行了展望 .
The present research status of SiC-based semiconductor discrete devices and integrated circuits is described, followed by the analysis of several main problems to limit the development of SiC-based semiconductor devices. Finally, the application status and prospects of SiC-based semiconductor discrete devices and integrated circuits are presented.
