摘要
用诺维本药物化疗前 10分钟 ,在穿刺点近端 0 .5 cm处 ,沿静脉向前 15 cm内涂护脉膏 ,厚度 3m m,面积 15 cm× 3cm ,3小时后用棉球擦掉再重涂 1次。结果 :护脉膏组与对照组比较 ,局部红肿胀痛及静脉炎的发生率显著减少 (P<0 .0 1) ,疼痛持续时间明显缩短 ,表现为疼痛持续 7d以上者明显减少 (P<0 .0 1) ,疼痛影响睡眠者显著减少 (P<0 .0 1)。
Before patients were treated with NVB 10 minute,we spread Hu Mai cream on local skin from the site 0 5cm proximal to puncture point,making a cream coat 3mm thick and 15cm×3cm in area 3 hours later cleaning the cream coat with cotton balls and spreading on an another coat,we observed the effect of Hu Mai Creann Results showed in comparison with control group,the incidence rates of local red swollen,flatulence,pain and phlebitis in Hu mai cream group were reduced significantly(P<0 01) The during time of pain was shortened apparently Both cases ached longer than 7 days and those of insomnia caused by pain decreased greatly(P<0 01) This suggests Hu Mai cream has great effects to prevent local reactions caused by chemotherapy with NVB
