摘要
研究了沉积在熔融玻璃表面金原子的扩散和凝聚行为 .实验结果表明 ,金原子的凝聚过程具有明显的 3个阶段 :沉积在熔融玻璃表面的金原子先形成具有特征结构的网状薄膜 ;然后网孔破裂 ,凝聚成准圆形团簇 ;经无规扩散和凝聚 ,准圆形团簇最终组成大的分枝状凝聚体 .准圆形团簇的扩散系数为10 -7~ 10 -8cm2 ·s-1数量级 .实验结果表明
The diffusion and aggregation characteristics of gold atoms deposited on melting glass surfaces were studied. Experimental results indicated that there are three stages of the aggregation process of the gold atoms: first, the gold atoms deposited on the melting glass surface form a characteristic web\|shaped Au film; then the web\|shaped film tatters and compact clusters are formed; the compact dusters diffuse and aggregate and finally, large ramified aggregates form. The diffusion coefficient D of the compact dusters was of the order of 10\+7-10\+8 cm\+2\5s\+\{-1\}. Results showed that the surface morphologies of gold films on melting glass substrates are dependent on the aggregation time.
