摘要
从鲍鱼中分离一种硫酸酯多糖Hal_B ,甲醇解反应后 ,经三甲硅醚衍生化 ,GC MS检测 ,结果表明该多糖主要是由半乳糖、葡萄糖和少量木糖、岩藻糖。
A sulfated heterosaccharide Hal-B, was isolated from Haliotis diversicolor Reeve. Its composition was studied by methanolysis and trimethylsilylation together with GC/MS analysis. The unusual methylation phenomenon during methanolysis of Hal-B was discussed.
