摘要
结晶器摩擦力是反映坯壳与结晶器润滑摩擦状况的一个重要参数 .因此提出了计算结晶器摩擦力的物理和数学模型 ,讨论了主要连铸工艺参数如拉坯速度、保护渣、碳质量分数、板坯尺寸和振频等对摩擦力的影响 .现场监测结晶器摩擦力的结果验证表明 ,该模型是可行的 ,可为深入研究连铸坯的热力学行为提供有利手段 .
Mold friction is a very important parameter to reflect the lubrication and friction condition between the slab and the mold in continuous casting. A physical and mathematical model was developed to calculate mold friction based on computing the temperature field in the slab and the mold. The effects of parameters such as carbon content, casting speed, melting temperature of powder, slab size and oscillation frequency on the friction are discussed. Comparison of the calculating and measuring results shows that both have the same value level and tendency. The model is helpful to further studying the thermodynamic and mechanical behavior of the strand and the mold in continuous casting.
