摘要
组胺H1受体拮抗剂是一类既古老而又发展迅猛的药物,在拮抗组胺的病理生理活性上有着特异的作用。近年来,随着环境污染的加剧,过敏反应的增加,对第2代H1受体拮抗剂的开发日趋重视,新药不断上市,其作用强而持久,不良反应少,对中枢神经系统几不抑制,也无抗胆碱作用,但对心脏的毒性日益突出。为此,临床的选用和合理应用有待于我们审慎地研讨。
H1 receptor antagonist is one kind of old and swiftly developing drug, it has peculiar effect on resisting the pathophysiological activity of the histamine. Recently, with aggravation of environmental pollution, allergic reactions were increasing, so the development of 2nd generation of Hi receptor antagonist was paid attention to day by day. The new drugs came into the market constantly, their functions were strong and lasting, and had few adverse reactions, had few suppressing effect on central nervous system, and had no resisting effect on cholinergic function, but the toxicity to the heart is outstanding day by day. For this reason, clinical exertion and reasonable application were awaited to be discussed scrupulously.
