摘要
用分批培养法研究了氰化物对苯酚、煤气废水中的酚厌氧降解和产甲烷的影响,测定了含不同浓度氰化物培养液中酚的降解和甲烷的产生。结果表明,降解酚的菌对氰化物的影响比较敏感,随着氰化物浓度的增加,酚降解时间增长。含氰化物为0、2.5、5、10、20、40mg/l的产甲烷培养管的气相中,甲烷含量都在74%以上,说明氰化物浓度从2.5—40mg/l时对产甲烷菌没有抑制作用。
The effects of cyanide on the degradation of phenol,phenolic compounds in coal gasification wastewater and methanogenesis in batch cultures were studied.The degradation of phenols and methane production in cultures which received various concentration of cyanide were monitored.Results show the phenolic degradation bacteria are sensitive to cyanide.Phenolic degradation period took longer along with increasing concentration of cyanide.Methame contents in methanogenic culture tubes which received 0,2.5,5,10,20,40mg/l of cyanide are abcve 74%,which show that methanogenic bacteria are not inhibited by 2.5-40mg/l of cyanide concentration.
