摘要
目的 :寻找新型的抗癌抑菌药物。方法 :以 3,5 -二溴水杨醛Schiff碱为配体合成了 2种Cu(Ⅱ )新螯合物 ,并进行了初步抑菌活性实验。结果 :合成的螯合物经元素分析、红外光谱确证其结构组成。结论 :初步抑菌实验表明 ,合成螯合物对多种菌株有明显的抑菌活性。
Objective:For seeking new antibacterial agent.Method:Two chelates of copper(Ⅱ)with 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde Schiff base were synthesized.They have been tested for their antibacterial activities.Results:The structures of the chelates were elucidated on the basis of element analysis and IR spectra.Conclusion:The results showed that most chelates displayed significant antibacterial activities in primary treatment of many types of bacteria.
