摘要
采用薄层色谱法 ,测定罐头食品中 EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸 )的残留量 .点样于硅胶 G板上 ,以V水 ∶ V甲醇 =80∶ 2 0 ,内含有 2 0 mmol· L-1四丁基溴化铵与 0 .0 3mol· L-1醋酸钠缓冲溶液 (p H=4 )为展开剂 ,上行展开后直接进行薄层色谱扫描测定 .方法操作简单快速 ,在 10~ 4 0 0 mg· L-1范围内呈线性关系 ,方法回收率为 96 .7%~ 10 1.4 % ,RSD为 0 .82 %~ 1.11%
The residual amount of ethylendiamine tetracetic acid (EDTA) in canned food products was determined by adopting thin-layer chromatography (CTLC). The specimen was placed on silica-gel G plate, the volume of water and methane kept in the ratio of 80∶20, and a buffer solution in pH 4 containing 20 mmol·L -1 of tetrabutyl ammoninm and 0.03 mmol·L -1 of sodium acetate was used as developer. After ascending development, the TLC sweep determination as a simple and fast operation was directly carried out. The working curve observed a linear relationship in the range of 10~400 mg·L -1. The method revealed a recovery ratio of 96.7%~101.4% and a relative standard deviation of 0.82%~1.11%.
