摘要
通过成形过程中的动能和内能判断仿真是否符合准静态成形要求,采用正交试验得到最佳的仿真参数,通过试验验证考查能量和正交试验相结合的方法能否得到高质量的仿真结果,结果表明该方法在板料冲压成形仿真质量控制中可行。
To get a method of improving the simulation results and reduce the reliance on experience, a research was carried out by selecting quasi-static forming of sheet metal. First, whether the simulation met the requirements of quasi-static forming was checked through kinetic and internal energy of the forming process; then the best simulation parameters were obtained through orthogonal experiments; finally high-quality simulation results was get through examining the results of combing energy and orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the method is feasible in quasi-static sheet metal forming.
