摘要
针对5A90铝锂合金在室温下力学性能差而导致其成形复杂零件困难的问题,通过电塑性拉伸、电塑性折弯实验,研究电塑性效应对5A90铝锂合金折弯性能的影响。结果表明,在电塑性作用下,5A90铝锂合金的延伸率明显提高,折弯成形性能变好,且电流越大,折弯性能提高的效果越明显。同时探究了电塑性折弯的相关机理。
5A90 Al-Li alloys are widely used in the aerospace industry due to excellent comprehensive properties , however , they exhibit relatively low plasticity restricting the forming of the complex parts at ambient temperature . The electroplastic tension and bending tests were performed . The results shows that the elongation of 5A90 Al-Li alloys is significantly improved under the electroplastic effect ,moreover , The effect of the improved bending properties is more obvious with increasing current . The mechanism of electroplastic bending was also discussed .
