摘要
雇主对知识产权人才有着其特定的能力要求,但高校知识产权人才培养教育结构和培养模式滞后,不能有效满足市场需求,分析人才市场对知识产权人才胜任素质的需求显得非常重要。本研究通过一招聘网站分析相关的知识产权人才需求信息,分析了知识产权工作岗位职责。雇主对知识产权人才胜任素质的需求主要包括以下五大方面,包括知识背景、行业技术技能、基本可转换技能、关键可转换技能、个人特质。
Employers have specific competency requirements for the intellectual property (IP)talent,but the IP education structure and training mode in higher education lag behind,which can hardly satisfy the market demand effectively.Therefore,it is essential to analyze the market demand for the IP talent competency.Through a recruitment website,this study analyzes IP talent demand information,and the IP job responsibilities.From the employers’ perspective,the demand for IP talents competencies comes down to the five elements:knowledge back-ground,industry technical skills,basic transferrable skills,key transferrable skills and personal attributes as well.
