摘要
目的探讨利肺片对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠血清TNF-α及肺组织NF-kβ的影响。方法将18只大鼠随机分为3组,利肺片组、生理盐水组、空白组,每组6只。除空白组外,其余2组制备成慢性支气管炎模型,分别检测各组大鼠血清TNF-α及肺组织NF-kβ的含量。结果利肺片组血清TNF-α及肺组织NF-kβ明显低于空白组。结论利肺片能下调NF-kβ表达水平,显著降低TNF-α含量。
Objective To investigate the effects of Lifei tablet on serum TNF-α model of chronic bronchitis and lung tissue of NF-kβ. Methods Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, Lifei tablet group, saline group, and the control group（n= 6 ）. Except the control group, and the other two groups were prepared a model of chronic bronchitis. The serum TNF- α and NF kβ of lung tissue were detected. Results The serum TNF-α and NF-kβ in lung tissue of Lifei tablet group significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Lifei tablet can down-regulation lung slices NF-kβ expression levels and sig- nificantly reduce TNF-α levels.
