摘要
有机化工废水的治理一直是环保领域的热点和难点问题。在对水处理技术分析总结基础上,该研究以常州市某化工厂甲萘酚废水为研究对象。采用响应面方法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)对硅藻土处理甲萘酚废水工艺过程进行优化,考察了变量硅藻土用量、pH和温度对甲萘酚废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为硅藻土用量为0.5 g,pH为1,温度为45℃。COD去除率的预测值为79.5%,与实测值78.2%接近。说明建立的模型能真实反映各主要因素的影响,模型与实际情况吻合。
The research of organic wastewater treatment has been regarded as hot spot in environmental protection field. On the foundation of analyzing and summarizing water treatment technology, with 1-naphthol wastewater from a chemical plant in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province as the study object, response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize the treatment of 1-naphthol wastewater by diatomite. The diatomite consumption, pH and temperature were selected as variables to study the effects of treatment of 1-naphthol wastewater. Results showed that under the optimum ranges of diatomite consumption, pH and temperature as 0.5 g, 1 and 45℃ respectively, the predicted COD removal efficiency was up to 79.5%, which was very close to the actual value of 78.2%. It illustrates that the model established can truly reflect the impact of major factors, and the model is consistent with the actual situation,
