摘要
为研究餐厨垃圾饲料化处理厂恶臭污染排放特征,选取目前国内成功运营的处理厂为采样点,利用冷阱富集-气质联用(GC/MS)技术对该厂主要工段的恶臭气体进行了定性和定量分析,并采取归一化法获得了恶臭气体成分谱。结果表明,所采集的样品中共检测出60种有机化合物,包括芳香烃化合物、硫化物、卤代物、烯烃、烷烃和含氧有机物共6类。卸料室、破碎室、湿热处理器、好氧发酵仓4个主要工段恶臭物质总浓度分别为11.701、18.260、30.135和25.039 mg/m3。结合数据分析,初步识别餐厨垃圾饲料化处理厂主要工段的特征污染物为乙醇、乙醛、丙醛、乙酸乙酯、柠檬烯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、甲硫醇和二甲二硫醚。
In order to study the characteristics of odors from food waste treatment plant, samples were taken from a plant of converting food waste into feed, cold enrichment-GC/MS was used to determine the odor component qualitatively and quantitatively, and the source profile for odors was obtained by normalization data. Results indicated that 60 kinds of chemicals were detected in all of the samples, including aromatic hydrocarbon, sulfide, halide, olefins, alkane and oxygen containing organic substance. Total odors concentration of unloading room, breaker room, hydrothermal reactor and aerobic fermentation reactor were 11.701, 18.260, 30.135 and 25.039 mg/m3 respectively. Combined with data analysis, the particular pollutants of major processing units were ethanol, acetaldehyde, aldehyde, ethyl acetate, limonene, α- pinene, β-pinene, methyl mercaptan and dimethyl disulfide.
