摘要
用膨胀法测定了09CuPCrNi耐候钢的连续冷却转变动力学曲线(CCT曲线),并用金相显微镜观察了转变产物,用维氏硬度计测试各冷却速度下试样的硬度。研究了冷却速度对该钢组织及硬度的影响。结果表明在相当大的冷却速度范围内,可获得稳定体积百分含量的细片状珠光体加铁素体组织。
The dynamics curve of continuous cooling transformation, microstructure and microhardness of steel 09CuPCrNi under different cooling rates have been investigated respectively by formastor - F measuring instrument, optical microscope and microsclerometer.The result shows that in a great scope of cooling rates,constant percentage of fine pearlite and ferrite can be obtained.
