摘要
提出了一种合成环己酮的新方法———间接电氧化合成法。在无隔膜装置中用Pb/PbO2 作阳极 ,Pt作阴极将Cr3 + 氧化成Cr2 O2 -7,然后以Cr2 O2 -7为氧化剂对环己醇进行氧化而获得环己酮 ,还原所得Cr3 + 循环利用。电解的优选条件为 :电解液浓度C(H2 SO4) =3 .0mol/L4.0mol/L ,C(Cr3 + ) =0 .3mol/L0 .45mol/L ,温度t =5 5℃ 65℃ ,电流密度约 64 3A/m2 。此时Cr3 + 的转化率为 70 %左右 ,电流效率可达 72 %
A new indirected electrolytic synthesis of cyclohexnone was adpoted in this study. The oxidation of chromium ion(Ⅲ) was carried out in an apparatus without septum by using anode Pb/PbO 2 and cathode Pt. Then the produced bichrome oxidized anone into cylohexanone, the chromium ion(Ⅲ) recycled in the reation. The optium conditions of electrolysis were as follows: sulfuric acid concentration:3.0mol/L^4.0mol/L; chromium ion(Ⅲ) concentration:0.3mol/L^0.45mol/L; temperature:55℃~65℃; current density:643A/m 2. The chromium ion(Ⅲ) converison rate was about 70%. The current efficiency reached 72%.
