摘要
以ZCuAl9Fe3Pb2和ZCuAl9Fe3Mn2Pb2的生产实践为例,论述了“铅是铜合金中的石墨”的论点和选择铝青铜、高锰铝青铜为基体,加入适量的铅,以配制一类具有良好自润减磨性能和离心铸造性能的高强度、高硬度、价廉、耐磨的无锡青铜的设想。
By taking the manufacture of ZCuA19Fe3Pb2 and ZCuA19Fe3Mn2Pb2 as Practical example, this thesis develops points that lead in copper alloy can function as'graphite'in ferroalloy and tin-free bronze can be made with good self-lubrication and castability for centrifugal casting, high strength, hardness, high abradability and low cost by using albronze or high manganese albronze as base metal with just the right amount of lead
