摘要 采用电沉积非晶态Cr C合金技术 ,获得了镀态硬度为 110 0HV的高硬度镀层。X 射线衍射分析和扫描电镜结果表明 ,镀层在镀态具有较高的硬度是由于镀层的非晶态Cr C合金结构。热处理温度在 5 0 0℃以下时 ,镀层硬度随温度升高而升高 ,是由于Cr的微晶化和Cr7C3、Cr2 3C6 等金属间化合物析出的结果。 5 0 0℃以上 ,镀层表面因高温氧化部分塌陷并呈疏松状态 。 The plating with high hardness of 1100HV was obtained by electrodepositing amorphous Cr\|C alloy coating technology. The structure and surface morphology of amorphous Cr\|C alloy plating were studied using XRD and SEM. Results showed that microhardness of coating increased with temperature rising for microcrylization of Cr plating and formation of intermetallic compound Cr\-\{23\}C\-6 and Cr\-7C\-3 when heat treatment temperature less than 500℃. As heat treatment temperature was over than 500℃ the coating surface collapsed and became a loose porous structure because of partly high temperature oxidation, and microhardness decreased rapidly with temperature increasing.
