摘要
公司独立人格能够发挥独资企业和合伙企业在市场经济中所不能起到的作用。自我国推行公司制度以来 ,公司独立人格已越来越被人们所重视。但是 ,伴随着公司这种现代企业制度的普及 ,对公司独立人格的滥用现象也不容忽视 ,它将会对我国经济发展产生许多弊端。
Summary: Company's independent personality can give play to the function that the proprietorship and partnership business can't be played in market economy. Since the self- country pursued company's system, people are already paying company's independent personality. But follow company the popularization of modern enterprise system, can't ignore too to company independent abuse phenomenon of personality, It will produce a lot of drawbacks to the economic development of our country.
