摘要
以易得的天然产物香草醛为原料 ,经过 2步反应 ,得到另一个天然产物姜酮 ,并以此为前体 ,苄基化保护酚羟基 ,以烯醇硅醚的形式 ,在Lewis酸的催化剂BiCl3 的催化作用下 ,经过Mukaiyamaaldol缩合反应再脱苄基 .中间产物及最终产物经1HNMR ,IR ,MS ,元素分析进行结构表征 ,证明得到 4种生姜中的活性成分 :[6 ] 姜醇、[8] 姜醇、[10 ] 姜醇、[12 ] 姜醇 .
Zingerone, a natural compound, is obtained by two steps of reactions from vanilin, an easily available natural compound. Protect the phenolic hydroxyl of zingerone and turn it into enoxysilane, four gingerols, the bio activity component of Zingiber officinale rosc, are synthesized in the Mukaiyama aldol condensation reactions catalyzed by Lewis acid BiCl 3 . The structure and configuration of the gingerols : gingerol, gingerol, gingerol, gingerol, are identified on the basis of their analytical spectroscopic (IR, 1HNMR, MS).
