摘要
[目的]研究恶性肿瘤患者外周血中p53高表达的临床意义。[方法]应用FCM检测85例癌症患者及88例对照组的外周血中p53的表达。[结果]肿瘤患者p53表达为(7.67±7.14)% ,显著高于正常对照组的表达(0.66±0.5) %(P<0.01)。70.6%的恶性肿瘤患者出现p53高表达 ,p53表达水平与治疗状况和转移无关(P<0.05)。
To investigate the expression of p53 protein in peripheral blood of cancer patients.p53 protein was determined with flow cytometry in 85 patients with cancer and 88 cases normal control.The levels of p53 were(7.67±7.14)% in cancer group and (0.66±0.5)% in control group.Mean value of p53 in the cancers was higher than that in the controls(P<0.01).Difference of p53 expression was not related to metastasis.[Conclusion]p53 expression in human peripheral blood monocytes may be used as an index of surveillance and screening for cancer high risk population.
