在西部大开发中 ,奎屯市可利用其在第二亚欧大陆桥上的特殊位置 ,凭借有利的内外部条件 。
Inthe process of western development ,the city of Kuitun lasted on its favourable inside and outside condition ,can take the advantage of it's special location at the Asian and European Continental Bridge to implement strategy seeking cooperation with the eastern region of China and developing trade with the western labouring states.
