摘要
师范院校中的教育学类课程、教材乃至教法 ,存在着脱离实际的问题。它的理论与实践之间缺乏实质性的架构 ,几乎成了两种不同的文化范畴。以理念的根本性改造与建构引导的教育学类课程与教学改造策略 ,应重视培育宽泛的教师文化和师范精神 ,重视理论提升和向实践的延伸 ,重视师范特色的拓展 。
The curriculum,teaching materials and methods in normal colleges and universities are divorced from reality.There is no essential centact between pedagogical theory and practice,which have almost become two entirely different realms.The courses of pedagogics and the strategies to reform teaching approach guided by thorough remolding and establishment of idea must go together with inclusive teachers culture and the spirit of teacher education.The promotion of theory,the combination of theory with practice,the emphasis on the features of teacher education,the thorough reform of the pedagogical courses,the making of qualified teachers should be paid great attention to.
