摘要
根据黑启动的一般准则和吉林电网实际情况,制定了吉林电网的黑启动方案,并对大型辅机启动时对小系统的冲击及带负荷时对系统频率的影响做详细的仿真研究,通过仿真计算校验了方案的可行性,为今后的现场试验和方案的实施提供依据和建议。
According to the character of Jilin power network and the general rules of black-start,the restoration scheme is planned.The system's frequency and voltage during picking up loads and cranking of large asynchronous motors are carefully studied to verify the feasibility of the restoration scheme.Finally,the paper gives some useful suggestions for operators and researchers.
