摘要
从发电厂继电保护信息管理的需求出发,提出图纸、数据和元件一体化的面向对象的设计思路。以一个实用的发电厂继电保护管理信息系统程序包的设计为例,提出面向元件的、以图纸为核心的设计模式,体现了继电保护信息管理的无纸化、网络化、可视化、智能化等发展趋势。实践表明,所设计的继电保护管理信息系统可满足继电保护图纸浏览、智能查询、动作逻辑仿真、故障诊断、岗位培训等综合要求,可有效地对发电厂继电保护信息进行管理。
The ideas and methods of integrating drawings,data and components into a graphic frame are presented,to meet the requirements of relay protection management information system(MIS)for power plants.The object oriented,drawings based design is adopted,which can satisfy the trends of paperless,networking,visualization and intelligence,and a practical MIS of relay protection has been implemented.The system can fulfill the functions of drawings'browsing,intelligent searching,logic simulation of relay protection based on drawings,faults analysis,post training etc.,and the effective information managements of relay protection for power plant have been achieved.
