摘要
采用正交试验研究了液态挤压工艺参数对 ZA4 3合金力学性能的影响 ,并显示了液态挤压 ZA4 3合金的组织特征。结果表明 :液态挤压工艺参数对 ZA4 3合金力学性能影响的主次顺序为 :加压前停留时间、浇注温度、模具温度 ,其中加压前停留时间的影响最显著。在适宜的工艺参数下 ,液态挤压 ZA4 3合金力学性能可达到 σb=4 2 0 MPa,δ5=13%和硬度 131HBS。
The effect of liquid extrusion processing variables on mechanical properties of ZA43 alloy has been studied on the basis of orthogonal experiment. And microstructure feature of liquid extrusion ZA43 alloy was demonstrated .The result shows the order of influential factor as : deferring period before applying pressure,pouring temperature and die temperature. The influence of the deferring period before applying pressure on mechanical properties of ZA43 alloy is the most remarkable .At a proper value of these factors, the mechanical Properties of ZA43 alloy could reach: σ b =420 MPa, δ 5 =13 %,131 HBS.
