摘要
研究了Al-TiO2-B反应系热扩散反应(XD)法合成铝基复合材料基体组织的细化机理.实验结果表明,在AL-TiO2系中未加硼粉时,反应产物 Al3Ti呈细长棒状,并可贯穿基体晶粒、Al2O3为细小颗粒偏聚于基体的晶界,铝基体晶粒粗大当 Al-TiO2系中加入硼粉后,棒状物 Al3Ti减少、当 B/TiO2摩尔比rB/TiO2为 2时、Al3Ti基本消失,B与 Al3Ti反应产生的 TiB2成为铝基体结晶时的核心,基体晶粒细化,Al2O3呈均匀分布.
The refinement mechanism of composites fabricated by exothermic dispersion method in Al-TiO2-B reaction system has been studied. The experimental results indicate that without boron, the combustion synthesized phases of the Al-TiO2 system are Al2O3 and Al3Ti, the fine Al2O3 particles exist at the interface of the matrix grains and the Al3Ti phase has the rod shape; with adding boron into the Al-TiO2 System, the amount of Al3Ti phase decreases and disappears in the system with the B/TiO2 mole ratio of 2. At that time, the TiB2 phase appears, the matrix grains are significantly refined and the distribution of Al2O3 particles is more uniform.
