摘要
随着中国加入WTO,国内证券业的开放已进入实质性阶段,国内证券公司将面临国外对手的强劲挑战,如何在以后的竞争中立于不败之地是众所关心的话题。在此,笔者从中外证券公司的业务结构、收入结构的比较出发,得出业务创新是国内证券公司应对WTO挑战的关键。
After WTO entry,domestic securitie s industry has reached practical period of enlarging extent and domestic securities com-panies will meet strong challenge of foreign opponents and how to win in th e challenge is a key issue.Based on an alyzing business structure of domestic and foreign securities com panies and on comparing income structure,this paper holds that business innovation of domestic securities industry is the key to answering the c hallenge of the entry.
