摘要
研究了悬浮铸造对ZA2 7合金组织性能的影响 ,结果表明 :加入同种成分不同量、不同粒度的悬浮剂 ,能使组织明显细化 ,性能提高。当加入温度为 6 2 0℃、悬浮剂颗粒为片状 ,加入量为 3%时 ,组织显著改善 ,σb 和δ分别提高了 15 .5 %和 2 7.4%。
The effect of suspension casting on the microstructure and properties of ZA27 alloy is studied in this paper. The result shows that adding floation agent at various size and addition with the same composition to ZA27 alloy,can improve the microstructure and properties. When addition temperature is 620℃ and the shape of floating agent is flake and addition quantity of floating agent is 3%, the alloy microstructure can be improved obviously and mechanical properties(σ b,δ) may be increased by 15.5% and 27.4%.
