摘要
从理论与实践的结合出发 ,论述新世纪提高科技期刊编辑人员素质 ,应做到增强“三个意识” ,实现“四个转变” ,提高“五种能力”。
On the basis of combination of theory and practice, a feasible proposal is put forward for editorial staff of sce tech periodicals on how to face challenges in adapting new environment and improving quality in new century.
