摘要
本文通过大量的数据和资料对目前我国非公有制企业中存在的侵犯劳动者权益的现象及其原因进行了分析 。
Through an objective analysis of many data, the a uthor discusses the violation of laborer's right and its causes in the private e nterprises of China and brings up some suggestions and measures for defending th eir legitimate rights.
