摘要
目的 评价DNA倍体及细胞周期分析在乳腺肿瘤诊断上的价值。 方法 采用流式细胞术检测 5 0例乳腺肿瘤的细胞DNA含量和细胞周期。 结果 10例纤维瘤都为二倍体、且CV <4 .0 % ;4 0例乳腺癌的二倍体发生率占 35 % ,CV >5 .0 % ,异倍体占 6 5 % ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。乳腺癌组DNA指数 (DI)、S期细胞比率 (SPF)、细胞增殖指数 (PI)、DNA量值分布、G0 / 1峰值 (CV)均高于正常组 ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,乳腺癌DI值随肿瘤组织学分级的增高而增高。 结论 异倍体、SPF、PI、DI、G0 / 1峰值 (CV)的增高在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the value of DNA ploidy patterns and proliferous activity in diagnosis of breast tumor. Methods Total 50 cases of human breast neoplasms were examined by flow cytometry (FCM) to get the parameters of DNA Index (DI), proliferation Index (PI), S phase fraction and ploidy patterns. Results All 10 cases with benign breast tumors appeared diploidy patterns,and CV<4.0%. The diploidy patterns rate of 40 cases with breast cancer was 35%,and CV>5.0%, the aeuploidy rate was 65%. There was a significant difference between them (P<0.01). DI,SPF,PI,DNA content,G 0/1 peak value of breast cancer were higher than normal controls,there was a significant difference among them(P<0.01).DI of Ⅲ grade breast cancer was higher than Ⅱgrade. Conclusion Aeuploidy,SPF,PI,DI,G 0/1 peak value (CV) could be used for identification of benign and malignant breast diseases.
