摘要
针对航空和汽车弧齿锥齿轮对强度、动态性能和可靠性的特殊要求 ,提出了高重合度弧齿锥齿轮的设计方法。这种设计是通过增加工作齿高和调整齿面啮合路径方向以及优化加工参数实现的。结合弧齿锥齿轮的实际工况 ,提出了在不同载荷和安装误差下 ,实际重合度的综合分析方法 。
A design approach used to design sprial bevel gears, including the local synthesis for determining the machine tool settings, tooth contact analysis and loaded tooth contact analysis has been developed, by means of which, the direction of contact path on the tooth surface could be controlled to extend the length of contact path and to obtain the high contact ratio. Their meshing behavior is investigated numerically. Further, the concepts of design contact ratio and real contact ratio, and the synthetic analysis have been provided, the transmission error curve and the longitudinal curvature could be controlled to satisfy the demands of both contact ratio and sensitivity to errors.
