摘要
室内及温室内测定了 10种不同粘度矿物油助剂对除草剂防除苘麻和稗草药效的影响及对玉米苗期的安全性。结果表明 ,10种矿物油助剂均不同程度地增加了氰草津和烟嘧磺隆防除两种杂草的活性。其中粘度为 4 6 mm2 / s(40℃ )的矿物油乳剂 (MOC46)对供试除草剂药效的增强作用最为明显 ,其次为粘度 32 mm2 / s(40℃ )的矿物油乳剂。10种助剂对氰草津药效的增强作用大于对烟嘧磺隆。 MOC46对除草剂活性的增加由高到低依次为 :莠去津、氰草津 >莠去津 +氰草津、莠去津 +烟嘧磺隆、氰草津 +烟嘧磺隆 >烟嘧磺隆 ;对玉米苗期安全性依次为 :莠去津、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津 +烟嘧磺隆 >莠去津 +氰草津、氰草津 +烟嘧磺隆 >氰草津。氰草津与 MOC46混用对玉米苗期药害较重。
Several experiments were conducted in greenhouse to evaluate the effects of 10 mechanical oil concentrates on the efficacies of cyanazine and nicosulfuron for the control of barnyardgrass ( Echinochloa crusgalli (L.) Beauv.) and velvetleaf ( Abutilon theophrasti Medic.). Results showed that all the mechanical oil concentrates enhanced the activity differently with different viscosity. Of 10 adjuvants, the one with viscosity of 46 mm 2/s (40℃) (MOC 46 ) was most effective and that with 32 mm 2/s (40℃) followed. The enhancement to cyanazine is better than to nicosulfuron. The order of enhancement of MOC 46 on different herbicides was: atrazine and cyanazine>atrazine+cyanazine and atrazine+ nicosulfuron >cyanazine+ nicosulfuron >nicosulfuron. All the treatments above, the order of safety to maize seedlings was: atrazine/nicosulfuron/atrazine+ nicosulfuron >cyanazine+atrazine and cyanazine+nicosulfuron>cyanazine. Cyanazine with the addition of MOC 46 had detrimental effects on maize seedlings.
