摘要
目的 测定氟康唑葡萄糖注射液中氟康唑的含量。 方法 高效液相色谱法 ,ODS柱 ( 5μm 4.0× 12 5 mm) ,流动相为 0 .0 82 %醋酸钠溶液 ( PH=5 .0 ) -甲醇 -乙晴 ( 70∶ 16∶ 8) ,流速 1.0 ml·min- 1 ,检测波长 2 61mm。 结果 氟康唑进样量在 4μg~ 60 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ( r= 0 .99999 n=7) ,重现性良好 ,RSD=0 .40 % ( n=9) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .0 % ,RSD=0 .15 % ( n=6)。 结论 本法操作简便 ,结果准确 。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determining the contents of fluconazole in fluconazole and glucose injection.METHODS The analysis was carried on a column of ODS (5μm 4 0×125mm) with a mobile phase of 0 082% NaAc(PH=5)-CH 3OH-CH 3CN(70∶16∶8) at a flow nate of 1 0ml·min -1 .The determination wavelength was 261nm.RESULTS In the scope of 4μg-60μg the contents of fluconazole had good linear relationship with their peak areaos (r=0 99999 n=7).The average recoveries were 100 0%(RSD=0 15%,n=6).CONCLUSION the results showed that the method was simple,rapid,excellent precision.
