摘要
研究了镀铬对轴用 0Cr13Ni4Mo钢疲劳强度的影响 ,发现镀铬可导致疲劳强度σ-1(10 7次 )下降 37.5 %~4 1%。电镜观察发现 ,镀层中的微裂纹是引发速断的疲劳源。
The effect of chroming on the fatigue strength of 0Cr13Ni4Mo steel was researched. The results show that the fatigue strength σ -1 (10 7 times) decreased by 37.5%~41% by chroming. The SEM observation shows also that the microcracks that exist in the chrome coating are the main reasons of the fracture initiation. Dehydrogenation at low temperature is helpless to improve the fatigue property.
