摘要 伴随着高新技术的发展,火工品的安全性和可靠性问题日益受到人们的关注。设计、制造和管理固然重要,检测、验证与评价同样重要。目前采用的评估或验证方法,如:利用“计量法估计——计数法验证”的现行折中作法;改变药剂组分(变组分法)或激励能量(变激励法)的劣化验证方法;采用GJBl79等抽样方案的抽样验证方法;以及本文提出的(n/0,1)验证方法;尽管不完美,但却很实用。本文通过可靠性基本概念的描述,用户要求的识别,分析和探讨火工品的安全性与可靠性评估和验证问题。 With the development of HNE(high-new-engineering), safety and reliability of initiating explosive device have been more and more concerned. No doubt, the design, manufacture and management are important, but measurement, evaluation and verification are important as well. The evaluation and verification methods we have adopted now are not perfect, such as: the current compromised method of evaluation-verification; the poor quality verification method of attributive-variation, veri-comp and veri-drive; the sampling verification method of adapting the sampling plan of GJB179, as well as the verification method (n/0,1) put forward in this paper, etc. Although they are not perfect, but are practical. This article explores and analyzes the problems of evaluation and verification of safety and reliability through descriptions of the basic concept of reliability and the identification of customers.
