压力脉宽对测压铜柱准动态校准表的影响分析

摘要 介绍了测压铜柱准动态校准的含义,分析了引起准动态编表误差的因素。用落锤液压动标装置进行了9001批次Φ3.5×8.75铜柱的变脉宽校准实验,根据实验数据利用回归方法建立了铜柱变形量与压力峰值及脉宽的关系模型,在此关系模型基础上,分析了当压力脉宽发生变化时测压铜柱查表误差的变化规律,阐明了现有准动态校准的铜柱压力对照表的使用范围。 In this paper,the definition of quasi-dynamic calibration of cylinders is described. The facts which caused the error on working out the table of quasi-dynamic calibration is also analyzed. The calibration experiment of NO. 9001 cylinders has been done on the drooper-hammer dynamic pressure calibration device by means of changing calibration pressure pulse-width. According to the data acquired from the experiment,the relation model of cylinder deformation to maximum pressure and to pressure pulse-width is made by regression analysis . Based on this relation model, the variation law of error caused by pressure pulse-width on checking the table of pressure-measuring cylinders is analyzed. The application scope of quasi-dynamic calibration table of cylinders existed is also expounded.
