摘要
研究了三种不同辛烯含量的乙烯 -辛烯共聚物 (EOCs)增韧改性PP二元共混物的形态与性能。在相同加工条件和共混比例下 ,PP/EOC共混物的形态由粘度比和界面相互作用决定 ,发现粘度比和界面相互作用大时 ,分散相易变形呈纤状分布。弹性体EOC的加入使PP的拉伸、弯曲强度和模量均有所下降 ,而冲击性能得以显著提高。
Polypropylene (PP) is toughened by three kinds of ethylene-octene copolymers (EOC) with different octene content. The morphologies and properties of PP/EOC binary blends were studied. Keeping the composition and processing conditions the same, it is found that the morphology of PP/EOC blend is determined by the viscosity ratio (λ) and the interfacial interaction. While λ is close to 1 and high interface interaction between two phases occurs,fibril dispersion forms fibril dispersion. Addition of EOC into PP decreased the tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus, and increased the impact strength greatly.
