摘要
以穗醋粟的野生种兴安茶、越冬力强的栽培品种奥衣宾和越冬力弱的品种利桑佳的一年生枝条为试材 ,进行人工冷冻模拟试验 ,同时结合田间调查 ,研究黑穗醋栗抗冬季低温以及春季变温的能力 ,以研究冻害对其越冬死亡的影响。结果表明 ,黑穗醋栗的冻害发展有一个累积加重的过程。在深冬季节抗寒品种无冻害表现 ,不抗寒品种有轻微的冻害表现。在春季由于植株抗性减弱 。
Annual branches of wild species(xing'an Ribes)and two black currant cultivars(Ojebyn,Risager)were tested as materials for artificial freezing experiment.At the same time field investigation were combined to study the effects of freeze injury on the black currant overaintering death,the results showed there was an accumulated process of frost injury.There was no frost injury on freeze-resistant variety,but there was a little on not freeze-resistant variety in late winter.The resistant level of plants was weakened in spring ,the main reason of death rate of increase was the frost injury aggravation caused by frost alternating melt.$$$$
