摘要
根据铁矿 煤球团在升温和恒温热重实验时的失重率主要与其被加热到的温度有关的实验结果 ,建立了铁矿 煤球团反应过程模型 ,还原过程用失重率的一级反应表示时 ,建立了铁矿 煤球团还原动力学方程·该方程与升温和恒温实验结果具有较好的相关性·应用此方法 ,一次升温实验结果即可确定反应模型参数·随着球团温度升高 ,反应过程可以分为 6 13K以下挥发分的快速析出阶段、6 13~
Experiments were carried out to investigate reaction process of iron ore coal pellet in a nitrogen atmosphere with different isothermal and non isothermal heating rates. The results indicate that the whole reaction can be expressed in a first order reaction formula. The weight loss factor of the iron ore coal pellet can be considered as a function of the temperature in the pellet. The kinetics parameters of the model can be determined by the data in a single test with a non isothermal heating rate. According to the fixed activation energy model in each temperature range in the pellet, the reaction process can be divided into three stages:a fast releasing stage of volatility bellow 613?K, slow releasing stage of volatility from 613~973?K, and a reduction stage in disintegrated volatility and fixed carbon concenfration.
