复合材料网架实心舟载重门桥受撞击动力计算

摘要 为评估一种新型舟桥器材——复合材料网架实心舟的强度性能 ,对由复合材料网架实心舟拼组的门桥在水中受撞击的情况进行了动力分析。首先计算了门桥刚体运动模态的水动力系数 ,根据流固耦合关系 ,建立了水中门桥的有限元模型。分析得到了结构的固有模态 ,并计算了各种工况下门桥的吃水及结构应力。结果表明网架实心舟的强度有足够保证 ,稳定性满足要求。 To evaluate the strength performance of a kind of new boat bridge equipment-the solid boat of composite material net rack, a dynamic analysis of the pontoon composed of the solid boats of composite material net rack on water in collision is carried out. Firstly, the hydrodynamic coefficient of the rigid body motion mode is calculated, and the FEA model of the pontoon on water is established according to the fluid structure interaction. Then the inherent mode of structure is obtained. The draft and structural stress of the pontoon under different operating conditions are calculated. The results indicate that strength of the solid boat of net rack has been guaranteed and the stability meets the standard.
