摘要
本文着重从拓展融资渠道 ,实行各种优惠政策 ,以及完善服务体系、法律体系等方面提出政府支持和促进中小企业技术创新的对策和建议。
In order to support and improve the technology innovation of the middle-small enterprises,some policy suggestions have been discussed in the article in carrying out several privilege policies,improving both service system and legal system.
